Privacy, in plain language.
Food Bridge uses account and reservation information to operate this service. Contact the team through the Help form.
What the service records
Your support enquiries and reply email, account name, email, password hash, account type, reservation references, quantities, prices, booking status and collection acknowledgements. Restaurant accounts also provide business details, food offers and pickup addresses.
Account approval
Account requests, including name, email and account type, are shown privately to administrators for review. Customers and restaurants can sign in after approval. Passwords are hashed and are not shown to administrators.
Maps and store locations
The interactive map is centred on Vilnius and uses OpenFreeMap vector map data, or OpenStreetMap street tiles when a 2D fallback is needed, with visible attribution. Loading the map connects your browser to the map provider and shares the IP address and map area needed to deliver tiles. Your personal location is not requested. Food Bridge partner pins use reviewed business addresses and coordinates. Independently compiled restaurant profiles are labelled separately and do not enable Food Bridge orders.
Who can see it
Customers see their own bookings. A restaurant sees bookings for its offers. Authorised administrators manage accounts, stock, bookings and billing. The website is hosted on Hostinger. Transactional email, where delivered, contains booking updates.
Cookies
WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and session security. Your menu selection is saved in browser storage on this device; it contains menu item identifiers and quantities, not an order or reservation. This Food Bridge interface does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Payments
Food purchase payments are made directly at the café. Food Bridge does not request or store payment card details.
Your requests
Contact the team to request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information. Requests must be verified. Transaction and billing records may need to be retained for the applicable accounting obligations.
Before reservations open
The operator must confirm its business identity, applicable retention periods and privacy contact arrangements. Reservation requests remain closed until the administrator opens them.
