1. Find food nearby

Browse published offers from approved local businesses. Read the ingredients, allergens, exact address, final price and collection window.

2. Send a request

Request a customer account and wait for administrator approval. Once approved, sign in and choose your portions. Your request starts as pending. It does not hold stock or guarantee food.

3. Wait for confirmation

The restaurant or team checks available stock. Once your dashboard shows Confirmed, your booking reference is ready. Please check the dashboard before travelling.

4. Collect and pay the café

Arrive during the pickup window, show your booking reference and pay the full displayed amount directly to the café. Food Bridge does not take the food purchase payment online.

5. Acknowledge collection

Confirm collection in your dashboard. The restaurant also records collection and payment. Both acknowledgements are required for a completed collection.

If you cannot attend, cancel from your dashboard before collection is acknowledged. Questions or disagreements can be raised with the team.
